Job Summary The ideal candidate will have previous welding experience, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. This position will primarily involve welding and fabrication, with opportunities to learn and operate additional manufacturing equipment. Experience operating a laser cutter or press brake is not required. We are willing to provide comprehensive training for the right candidate. What you'll do: Perform welding and fabrication of production components Read and work from drawings, measurements, and fabrication instructions Prepare, fit, and assemble components for welding Maintain consistent weld quality and workmanship Operate fabrication equipment safely and efficiently Learn to operate our laser cutting equipment and press brake Inspect completed parts for quality and accuracy Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area What you'll bring: Previous welding experience required Fabrication experience preferred Ability to accurately use basic measuring tools Strong attention to detail Mechanically inclined and willing to learn new equipment Dependable with a strong work ethic Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision Ability to follow instructions and established manufacturing procedures Experience with laser cutters and press brakes is a plus, but not required What we offer: Comprehensive health and wellness benefits Generous 401(k) with up to 8% company matching A supportive and inclusive company culture that prioritizes work/life balance Professional development to help grow your career Paid time off and paid holidays 9:00am - 6:00pm PT
