SCHEDULE
Full time (usually 30+ hours/week)
Available Shifts AM:
6:00AM-2:30
PM PM:
1:00PM-9:30PM Shift hours are tentative and subject to change
Note:
Initial training will follow a Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM schedule for approximately two weeks before transitioning to one of the shift options above.
ASSIGNMENT LENGTH
Contract As an Assembly Technician, you'll: Assemble sensor modules, hardware kits, cable harnesses, and related components according to documented procedures. Follow assembly instructions, diagrams, and schematics to ensure accurate builds. Perform visual inspections and quality checks throughout the assembly process. Use hand tools and assembly equipment safely and effectively. Identify and report damaged, missing, or non-conforming components. Label, organize, and prepare completed kits for handoff to validation and bring-up teams. Maintain accurate production and inventory records as required. Keep workstations, tools, and shop areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Support inventory organization and material handling activities. Follow all established quality, safety, and production procedures.

REQUIRED SKILLS
Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Experience performing hardware assembly, manufacturing, or production work. Comfortable using hand tools and basic assembly equipment. Ability to read and follow assembly instructions and technical documentation. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy. Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
