Successful candidates often come from independent automotive repair facilities, automotive trade programs, automotive electronics installation, aerospace or aviation assembly environments, or other hands-on technical roles where precision, troubleshooting, and craftsmanship are essential. Candidates with autonomous vehicle operations or software testing experience are also encouraged to apply if they have previous technician experience or significant hands-on mechanical experience outside of work, such as building project cars or assembling custom computers.

1:00PM-9:30PM Shift hours are tentative and subject to change As an Assembly Technician, you'll: Assemble sensor modules, hardware kits, cable harnesses, and related components according to documented procedures. Follow assembly instructions, diagrams, and schematics to ensure accurate builds. Perform visual inspections and quality checks throughout the assembly process. Use hand tools and assembly equipment safely and effectively. Identify and report damaged, missing, or non-conforming components. Label, organize, and prepare completed kits for handoff to validation and bring-up teams. Maintain accurate production and inventory records as required. Keep workstations, tools, and shop areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Support inventory organization and material handling activities. Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
