You will work on 2nd shift (Monday-Thursday, 3:30pm-2:00am) onsite with the team, supporting manufacturing and inspection stakeholders to meet schedule and quality targets. ### Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team

• Perform routine assembly of small parts and components following shop travelers, route cards, or simple schematics
• Position very small parts using microscopes, tweezers, and fixtures; bend, align, and solder fine wires to components
• Bond or seal parts with epoxies and use ovens or direct heating elements for curing
• Conduct in-process testing and basic inspections to confirm assembly quality
• Follow safety policies and procedures and maintain regular, punctual attendance
• Support variable schedules as needed, including occasional nights, weekends, or additional hours ### Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role
• Secondary Certificate/High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Vocational training, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience in a related field
• 6 months to 2 years of relevant assembly or manufacturing experience
• Good mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity for working with small parts
• Ability to operate hand tools and light machinery
• Basic math skills and ability to read/interprete safety rules, operating/manufacturing instructions, and procedures
• Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills ### Here's What Else Might Help You Out
