Clean Room Assembler Job Description Join our team as a Clean Room Assembler, where you will play a vital role in assembling medical tools within a controlled clean room environment. This position requires precision and attention to detail as you work with hand tools and small components. Responsibilities Inspect hex tips for quality and accuracy. Insert hex tips into nose cones using a hydraulic press. Apply Teflon to clutches with the use of a hydraulic press. Assemble torque wrenches efficiently and accurately. Install screws to complete the assembly process using a screw-down machine. Adjust torque on wrenches using a torque tester to ensure correct specifications. Install caps securely on completed assemblies. Perform final cleaning and packaging of completed wrenches. Work Environment This role is based in a clean room setting, requiring the use of head gowns and full bunny suits. The environment prohibits makeup, jewelry, and perfume to maintain sterility and safety standards. Shifts include a 1st shift from 5 am to 1:30 pm , and a 2nd shift from 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm, each with two hours of overtime. Apply now and expect a call or email from a Nallely Angeles. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Newbury Park, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.65/hr.
