May 15, 2026 : #LI-Skilled-01 Job Summary Perform a wide range of electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies. Follow methods and sequences of operations in wiring, component installation, circuit board installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing on assembly units. Make setups and adjustments, holding tolerances to blueprint specifications. Read and interpret schematics, drawings, and parts lists in conjunction with assembly instructions to create sub-assemblies and top-assemblies. Responsibilities Use assembly tools to perform assigned tasks. Assemble cable assemblies and circuit boards. Perform all types of mechanical assemblies, including racks and shelters, with the proficient use of power tools. Receive detailed instructions on all work. Apply job skills and company policies to complete a wide range of tasks. Interact daily with supervisor, peer groups, and customers. May serve in a lead role and train others. Qualifications High school education or equivalent. Less than 1 year of related experience. Ability to use common sense to carry out basic instructions and activities. Schedule Work is closely managed, following specific, outlined, and detailed procedures.
