Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Assembly & Refurbishment Associate to join our warehouse team. This position is responsible for assembling, repairing, refurbishing, and preparing products for use or shipment. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, is comfortable working with hand and power tools, and takes pride in completing quality work efficiently and accurately. Key Responsibilities Assemble and refurbish products according to specifications and company standards Repair, troubleshoot, and prepare products for resale or shipment Safely and effectively use a variety of hand and power tools Inspect products for quality, functionality, and accuracy Follow assembly instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines Perform general warehouse duties, including lifting, organizing, and moving materials Maintain an organized and clean work area Assist with inventory management and tracking of products and materials Identify issues and use problem-solving skills to determine appropriate solutions Complete work accurately and efficiently while meeting productivity expectations Work safely while handling products and equipment weighing up to 80 lbs. Work collaboratively with team members and assist with other warehouse duties as needed Requirements Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with tools Experience using hand and power tools Ability to assemble and repair products accurately and efficiently Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing physical warehouse work Ability to safely lift up to 80 lbs. Basic understanding of inventory management Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team Forklift certification or previous forklift experience is a plus Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is hands-on, mechanically inclined, dependable, and takes pride in doing quality work. You should be comfortable working independently, troubleshooting problems, learning new processes, and working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
