What You'll Do Assemble small medical devices and surgical instruments using hand tools, fixtures, and precision equipment Work with small components requiring excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail Follow detailed work instructions, visual aids, process sheets, and quality procedures Perform inspections throughout the assembly process to ensure products meet strict quality standards Package finished products according to medical industry specifications Complete quality checks on work-in-progress and finished products Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals Maintain strict cleanliness standards within the cleanroom environment Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and contamination control procedures Cleanroom Work Environment This position is performed in a state-of-the-art cleanroom manufacturing environment designed to ensure the highest level of product quality and patient safety.

Employees will:

Wear cleanroom gowns, hairnets, gloves, and other protective garments Follow strict cleanliness and contamination-control procedures Work in a temperature-controlled, organized environment Stand and walk throughout the shift Be required to remove jewelry and avoid nail polish, artificial nails, and makeup in designated production areas Help manufacture products that directly impact patient care and healthcare outcomes Qualifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Ability to work with small parts and precision tools such as tweezers and screwdrivers Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy Ability to stand and move throughout an 8-hour shift Strong ability to follow detailed instructions and standardized procedures Reliable attendance and positive attitude Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, food production, retail, hospitality, or cleanroom environments is a plus, but not required Why Join Our Team? •$21.50/hr.
