  • Electrical-Mechanical Assembler - 2nd Shift
  • Fort Collins, CO
  • $21.00/Hour + 5% Bonus Opportunity
  • Full-Time | Onsite
  • Manpower is currently seeking an
  • Electrical-Mechanical Assembler - 2nd Shift
  • for a manufacturing company in Fort Collins, CO. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on assembly work and has experience working with both electrical and mechanical components. You'll play an important role in building quality products while expanding your technical skills in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.

  • What will you be doing?
  • + Assemble electrical and mechanical components, subassemblies, and finished products + Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, blueprints, and bills of materials (BOMs) + Perform wiring, cable routing, crimping, and soldering tasks + Conduct functional testing and basic troubleshooting + Complete production and quality documentation + Identify and communicate quality or process concerns + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment + Work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams to support production goals •What do you bring?
  • + High school diploma or equivalent + 1+ years of electro-mechanical assembly experience + Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings + Experience using hand and power tools + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality + Ability to follow detailed work instructions + Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • + Technical certification or vocational training + Electronics, mechatronics, or related technical background + Experience in ISO or lean manufacturing environments + Familiarity with multimeters and testing equipment + IPC soldering certification or equivalent soldering experience
  • Physical Requirements
  • + Ability to sit or stand for extended periods + Frequent use of hands and tools throughout the day + Ability to lift up to 25-50 pounds as needed + Strong visual attention to detail for assembly and inspection work
