Packaging Assembler Fort Collins, CO Contract Opportunity:
3-Month Project Assignment may be extended based on attendance, performance, and business needs. Schedule & Pay 3rd Shift Monday-Friday 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM $21.00/hour Training & Orientation Requirements Candidates must be available to train on 1st Shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM) for the first two weeks before transitioning to 3rd Shift. Candidates must be able to attend Day 1 orientation at the Windsor, CO facility. Position Overview We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented Packaging Assemblers to join a pharmaceutical manufacturing team in Fort Collins. In this role, you'll support the assembly and packaging of injectable medications in a cleanroom environment while following strict quality, safety, and compliance standards. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the pharmaceutical industry while contributing to products that positively impact patients' lives. Key Responsibilities Assist with setup and operation of labeling equipment for pre-filled syringes and vials Support setup and operation of semi-automated packaging equipment Perform in-process inspections, product sampling, and quality checks Complete manual assembly and packaging activities Assist with cleaning, environmental monitoring, and maintenance of production areas Support setup, operation, and cleanup of needle-cleaning processes Accurately complete production documentation and batch records Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) Participate in required safety and hazardous waste training Support quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Required High School Diploma or GED Ability to follow written instructions and production procedures Basic computer skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Basic math and written communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Preferred Previous experience in manufacturing, production, pharmaceutical, or medical device environments Knowledge of cGMP regulations and practices Physical Requirements Ability to work in a cleanroom environment while wearing required protective equipment Stand for extended periods throughout the shift Lift and move materials weighing up to 40 pounds Perform repetitive assembly and packaging tasks Reach above shoulder level as needed Work effectively in a fast-paced production environment Work Environment Pharmaceutical manufacturing and cleanroom setting Overnight shift schedule Overtime may be required based on production demands Why Apply?
