Job Description

Assembler Pay:
$21.00•$23.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday•Friday, 8:00 AM•5:00 PM We are seeking a dependable Assembler to join our team. The Assembler will produce components by assembling parts and subassemblies while ensuring quality standards and production goals are met.
Responsibilities:
Assemble parts and subassemblies according to specifications and work instructions. Follow technical documentation, engineering drawings, and assembly procedures. Inspect parts, materials, and finished products to ensure quality standards. Use hand tools, drills, screw guns, soldering equipment, and wire-stripping tools. Test finished products for defects and functionality. Maintain tools, parts inventory, and an organized workstation. Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. Keep the work area clean and well-maintained.
Qualifications:
1+ years of assembly or manufacturing experience required. Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and blueprints. Experience using hand and power tools. Ability to operate soldering equipment and perform wire stripping. Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination. Good communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
