Assembly Technician Pay:
$19.00 - $22.00/hour, depending on experienceShift:
Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30PM Location:

Full-Time Are you looking for a hands-on manufacturing opportunity with a stable day shift schedule? We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Technicians to join our growing team. In this role, you will perform basic product assembly, testing, cable work, part preparation, and masking while following detailed work instructions and quality standards. This position supports projects subject to U.S. export control regulations. Applicants must qualify as a U.S. Person under ITAR regulations. Job Responsibilities Perform mechanical assembly, cable assembly, part preparation, masking, and basic testing of products according to documented procedures Use basic hand tools to complete assembly tasks safely and efficiently Follow work instructions, standard operating procedures, diagrams, and quality requirements Complete repetitive production tasks while maintaining accuracy and productivity goals Inspect finished products and components to ensure quality standards are met Communicate production, quality, or material concerns to team leads and supervisors Complete required documentation to maintain inventory accuracy and product traceability Handle materials and components properly to minimize scrap, rework, and inventory loss Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Support team production goals and assist with additional duties as needed Qualifications High School Diploma or GED preferred 0-1+ years of manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience Ability to use basic hand tools and follow detailed instructions Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately and consistently Basic computer skills for data entry and production documentation Understanding of manufacturing safety practices and quality standards is a plus Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn Physical Requirements Regularly stand, walk, and use hands for assembly work Frequently lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds Ability to reach, bend, stoop, kneel, or crouch as needed Good close-up vision, depth perception, and ability to identify colors and small components Work Environment Clean manufacturing environment Exposure to occasional dust, solder, metals, machine noise, and moving equipment Required use of designated PPE and electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection when applicable Team-oriented environment focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement Why Apply? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Westminster, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
