Position Responsibilities :
• Follow and learn assemble, disassemble repair, rebuild and test high speed turbomachines under supervision of senior technicians Perform mechanical assembly, disassembly and component evaluation using proper tools and techniques. Read and interpret drawings, engineering documents and manuals provided for training Follow procedures under the supervision to assemble machinery components and measure dimensions to record in build sheet. Use precision measuring instruments, including micrometers, calipers (vernier), dial indicators, depth gauges, and other inspection equipment to verify dimensional requirements.• Hands on experience in laboratory working with sensors and instruments• Ability to write down test data and report to engineering Review repair process with engineers and implement repairs Communicate effectively with engineers, technicians, and other team members to resolve technical issues and ensure timely completion of work. Work independently with minimal supervision while also contributing effectively as a member of a collaborative team. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while adhering to all company safety policies and quality standards.
Position Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with mechanical assemblies and precision components Familiarity with rotating equipment, bearings, or turbomachinery is a plus Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring tools
