Job Overview DynaLock Corp. is currently hiring Assemblers for 1st shift at our Bristol, CT facility. We are looking for detail-oriented individuals who take pride in producing quality products and can follow established procedures and assembly instructions. As an Assembler, you will assemble parts, components, and finished products using a variety of hand tools, equipment, and machinery. No previous assembly experience is required—training is provided! What You'll Do Assemble parts and components according to established procedures and specifications Read and interpret basic drawings, diagrams, blueprints, assembly instructions, and parts lists Position, align, and adjust components to ensure proper fit and assembly Perform quality checks and inspect completed products and parts Measure completed components to verify specifications and accuracy Package finished products and prepare them for shipment Safely and effectively use a variety of hand tools, machines, and assembly equipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Skills & Qualifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and established procedures Basic math and measuring skills Ability to read basic drawings and diagrams Basic building or mechanical knowledge Working knowledge of hand tools and various machines is helpful Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a production environment Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but not required What We Offer DynaLock Corp. offers a full benefits package , including: Medical insurance Dental insurance Short-Term Disability 401(k) Training is provided.
