We are seeking a dedicated Assembler to join our manufacturing team, responsible for constructing and assembling mechanical components with precision and efficiency. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our products by following detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical instructions. The Assembler will contribute directly to delivering high-quality products that meet rigorous industry standards. Responsibilities Assemble mechanical components according to detailed schematics, blueprints, and engineering drawings. Utilize hand tools, power tools, calipers, and other precision instruments to perform assembly tasks accurately. Conduct troubleshooting of electro-mechanical assemblies using multimeters such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic tools. Follow manufacturing procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards during all assembly processes. Assist in the inspection of assembled units for adherence to blueprint specifications and quality benchmarks. Collaborate with engineering teams during prototype testing or process improvements related to assembly techniques. Maintain a clean, organized workspace conducive to efficient manufacturing operations. Qualifications Proven experience in mechanical or electromechanical assembly within a manufacturing environment. Ability to read mechanical blueprints and engineering drawings accurately. Experience using hand and power tools, torque wrenches, precision measuring instruments, and other assembly equipment. Ability to perform mechanical fitting, fastening, alignment, and adjustment of precision components. Mechanical knowledge related to machining or electro-mechanical component integration is preferred. Excellent attention to detail with strong troubleshooting skills for electromechanical systems. Ability to follow detailed instructions precisely while maintaining safety standards in a fast-paced environment.
Pay:
$22.00 - $29.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
