Assembly Technicians We are hiring Assembly Technicians to join a light manufacturing team in East Windsor, CT. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in quality work and can follow instructions accurately. Pay & Schedule Day Shift Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:30 PM $22.00/hour + weekly production incentive pay Night Shift Monday-Friday 4:30 PM-1:00 AM $23.00/hour + weekly production incentive pay Please note: The night-shift start time may change to 5:00 PM. The employer will confirm if this change becomes official. Job Responsibilities Assemble wired power cord sets according to established instructions and procedures. Perform visual inspections to ensure products meet quality standards. Handle and lift boxes weighing up to 50 lbs. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing standards. Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors. Ask questions and promptly escalate any uncertainties, quality concerns, or issues to a supervisor. Maintain a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and productivity. Candidate Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Strong attention to detail. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately. Willingness to ask questions and communicate concerns when needed. Strong sense of personal responsibility and dependability. Strong commitment to quality and accuracy. Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but not required .
