Key Responsibilities
  • Perform advanced mechanical/electromechanical assembly and subassembly operations.
  • Execute functional testing and document results.
  • Disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble components per approved data.
  • Complete accurate shop travelers and work orders.
  • Follow safety, FOD, and quality requirements.
  • Mentor junior technicians and support continuous improvement. Minimum Qualifications
  • 6-10+ years aerospace assembly/MRO experience.
  • Blueprint reading, GD&T, and precision measurement proficiency.
  • Experience with ATP/ATE test equipment.
  • High school diploma or GED; technical certificate preferred.
