Key Responsibilities

Perform advanced mechanical/electromechanical assembly and subassembly operations.
Execute functional testing and document results.
Disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble components per approved data.
Complete accurate shop travelers and work orders.
Follow safety, FOD, and quality requirements.
Mentor junior technicians and support continuous improvement. Minimum Qualifications
6-10+ years aerospace assembly/MRO experience.
Blueprint reading, GD&T, and precision measurement proficiency.
Experience with ATP/ATE test equipment.
High school diploma or GED; technical certificate preferred.
