Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced mechanical/electromechanical assembly and subassembly operations.
- Execute functional testing and document results.
- Disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble components per approved data.
- Complete accurate shop travelers and work orders.
- Follow safety, FOD, and quality requirements.
- Mentor junior technicians and support continuous improvement. Minimum Qualifications
- 6-10+ years aerospace assembly/MRO experience.
- Blueprint reading, GD&T, and precision measurement proficiency.
- Experience with ATP/ATE test equipment.
- High school diploma or GED; technical certificate preferred.
