Now Hiring:

PCB Soldering Technician Milford, CT $18.00-$26.00/hour (based on experience) Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:40 PM Revere Staffing Partners is hiring a PCB Soldering Technician for one of our growing manufacturing clients in Milford, CT. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with an immediate need. If you have experience soldering printed circuit boards and are looking for a stable, full-time position, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Perform hand soldering on printed circuit boards (PCB) and electronic components Assemble electronic products according to work instructions and specifications Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy Read and interpret assembly drawings and basic documentation Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety procedures

Qualifications:

Previous PCB soldering experience required Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Ability to follow written instructions and quality standards Reliable attendance and a positive team attitude
