Job Description
Mechanical Assembly Associate 🔧 Key Responsibilities Perform mechanical assembly of components, subassemblies, and finished products according to detailed work instructions. Follow verbal and written guidelines to ensure accurate, efficient, and high-quality assembly. Apply labels and identification markings to parts and products using provided visual aids and procedures. Assemble components manually while verifying specifications and ensuring proper fit and function. Inspect assembled parts and products to maintain quality standards and identify any defects. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and scanners to support assembly, tracking, and production activities. Accurately record production data, work status, quantities completed, and any issues encountered. Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work area by following all safety regulations. Adhere to company security policies, manufacturing procedures, and quality standards. Support additional production activities and team objectives as needed. ✅ Required Skills & Qualifications Ability to follow detailed instructions with strong accuracy and attention to detail. Experience in mechanical assembly, manufacturing, production, or warehouse environments preferred. Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and scanning devices. Strong quality inspection skills with the ability to identify defects or inconsistencies. Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining productivity and precision. Reliable and dependable with strong work ethic and attendance. Ability to lift and move materials up to 35 lbs. Commitment to workplace safety and compliance procedures. ⭐ Preferred Qualifications Previous assembly line or manufacturing experience. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.70/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
