Entry Level Assembler Shift:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Overview Are you currently working in retail, food service, hospitality, customer service, or are a high school graduate and looking to start a career in manufacturing? We are seeking multiple Entry Level Assemblers to join a growing medical device manufacturer. No manufacturing experience is required. We are looking for dependable individuals with a strong work ethic, basic math skills, and the ability to work with their hands. Responsibilities Assemble medical device components according to work instructions Use hand tools and perform detailed, hands-on work Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met Follow production procedures and safety guidelines Maintain a clean and organized work area Work closely with team members to meet production goals Qualifications Basic math skills Comfortable working with your hands and using basic tools Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Ability to follow instructions and procedures Reliable attendance and positive attitude Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required Open to candidates from retail, restaurant, hospitality, and customer service backgrounds Recent high school graduates are encouraged to apply What We Offer Entry-level opportunity with hands-on training Career growth within the medical device manufacturing industry Stable Monday-Friday schedule Clean, team-oriented work environment Long-term advancement opportunities Apply today and we will call you with next steps! Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Allendale, NJ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
