Job Description
Job Summary Aerospace Technologies Group (ATG) is the world's premier manufacturer of electro-mechanical window shade systems for private and commercial aviation. Prior experience in aerospace, medical, or automotive fields is preferred, but not required as ATG provides on-the-job training. This full-time position provides an excellent benefit package and the opportunity for advancement. Duties and Responsibilities Assemble and disassemble electromechanical products and sub-assemblies by hand using precision tools Adjust, function test, and inspect assemblies to ensure quality and performance standards are met Rotate through multiple tasks within the production process as required Conduct in-process and final inspections using visual methods and custom test equipment Examine finished products to verify conformance to engineering drawings, work instructions, and process specifications Read and interpret work orders, manufacturing instructions, and engineering documentation Enter, access, and retrieve production data using computer systems Communicate effectively with supervisors, leads, and team members regarding production status or issues Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies Work independently using established guidelines, procedures, and instructions Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives as needed
