In this role, you will work in a fast-paced environment, putting together high-quality door units and components. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and is looking for a steady schedule with potential for long-term growth.

Responsibilities:

Manual Assembly:

Build interior and exterior door units, including pre-hanging doors and installing hardware like hinges and locks.

Tool Operation:

Safely use a variety of hand and power tools (drills, hammers, screwdrivers, and pneumatic tools) to secure components.

Instruction Following:

Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and production diagrams to ensure every unit is built to specification.

Measurement & Precision:

Use a tape measure accurately to ensure all cuts and placements meet strict quality standards.

Quality Control:

Inspect materials and finished products for defects or misalignments before they move to the shipping department. ...

Safety & Maintenance:

Maintain a clean, organized workspace and strictly follow all safety protocols, including wearing required PPE (Steel-toe shoes).

7:00 AM - 4:00

Experience:

Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, or assembly is a plus, but we are willing to train candidates with a strong mechanical aptitude.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand for a full 8-hour shift and lift/move materials (up to 50-75 lbs with team lifting).

Technical Savvy:

Comfort using power tools and a solid understanding of basic shop math and measurements.

Reliability:

A track record of excellent attendance and punctuality.

Education:
