Job Responsibilities:
- Reads and carefully follows instructions.
- Solders electronics boards based on simple wiring diagrams.
- Assembles components, parts, and products.
- Works with various hand tools and machines.
- Mixes and applies epoxy based on strict measurements and guidelines.
- Quality tests and inspects products.
- Documents quality testing results.
- Prepares products for shipping.
- Maintains clean, safe working environment.
- Organizes warehouse.
- Tracks inventories.
- Follows safe work practices.
- Assists in quality and productivity improvement activities.
- Notifies appropriate personnel of any machinery malfunctions, assembly errors or testing failures.
Qualifications:
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Ability to read, write, and have a working knowledge of English.
- Basic knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs and uses.
- Must be mechanically inclined.
- Must be able to walk, sit and/or stand throughout an eight or ten-hour day.
- Must be able to lift and push up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to use a ladder and/or stairs and/or pallet jack.
- Ability to operate a fork lift preferred.
- Patience to perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to work unsupervised and without formal direction.
- Soldering skills preferred.
Schedule:
Monday to Thursday, 6:30 am to 5:00 pm Occasional overtimeJob Types:
Full-time, Part-time Pay:
$18.00- $20.
