Opportunity:
Perform a variety of electronic, electro-mechanical, and mechanical assembly operations on product components, assemblies, and subassemblies. Work across SMT, Post Wave, and Final Assembly areas to support production requirements. Follow engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, operation instructions, lot travelers, sample assemblies, and verbal instructions to complete assembly tasks accurately. Determine and follow methods and sequences for wiring, component installation, hand soldering, cable harnessing, welding, fitting, and other assembly operations.

What You'll Do:
Float between SMT, Post Wave, and Final Assembly departments based on production needs. Assemble chassis, racks, and other final assembly hardware, and install completed assemblies and subassemblies. Operate equipment and tools used for assembly, stuffing, and preparation of prefabricated electronic assemblies and electro-mechanical components. Adjust and trim materials or hardware to achieve required electrical and dimensional specifications. Perform electronic, electro-mechanical, mechanical, and measurement product assembly operations. Complete wiring, component installation, hand soldering, cable harnessing, welding, and fitting according to work instructions. Set up, perform changeovers, operate, and complete daily maintenance on SMT equipment and associated tooling. Support SMT kitting, assembly, testing, soldering, loading and unloading SMT feeders, and part counting/estimating as needed. Read and interpret engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, operation instructions, lot travelers, and sample assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy.
What You'll Bring:
High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of 2 years of experience working in
