Boat Assembler Location:

Monday-Thursday, 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM (Enjoy long weekends!)

Day Shift (Overtime opportunities available) 🔧 Boat Assembler - No Experience Needed Are you mechanically inclined and enjoy hands-on work? Join a leading boat manufacturer and help build high-quality watercraft—no prior experience required!

What You'll Do:

Assemble boat parts like hulls, decks, and cabins using hand/power tools. Measure and fit components accurately. Follow blueprints and instructions. Work with a team to meet production goals. Keep tools and work areas clean and safe. Bring your motivation—we'll teach you the rest!

Additional Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience). Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Ability to stand, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a non-climate-controlled shop. Mechanical aptitude. Team-oriented mindset. Familiarity with MRP systems or warehouse practices. Experience in marine or manufacturing environments.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Edgewater, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
