Position Overview We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Countertop and Cabinet Fabricators to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a cabinet shop environment and be comfortable operating woodworking equipment, assembling cabinets, and maintaining high-quality standards. Responsibilities Fabricate and assemble custom and production cabinetry Read and interpret shop drawings and work orders Operate woodworking machinery including saws, edgebanders, drills, and other shop equipment Build cabinet boxes, drawers, doors, and specialty components Assist with laminating, assembly, and final inspection processes Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Work closely with production managers and installers to ensure projects stay on schedule Load and unload materials as needed Qualifications Cabinet shop or woodworking experience preferred Ability to read measuring tapes and shop drawings accurately Experience with power tools and woodworking machinery Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Ability to lift 50+ pounds Positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliable transportation and punctual attendance What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Full-time, year-round employment Opportunities for growth and advancement Family-oriented work environment Stable and growing company with over 25 years of success in Southwest Florida Schedule Monday - Friday Full-time Pay Competitive pay based on experience If you take pride in quality craftsmanship, enjoy working with your hands, and want to be part of a team that values professionalism and excellence, we'd love to hear from you.
