Opens a new window. 1st & 2nd shift Soldering Assemblers (Ft Walton Beach) We are seeking dedicated Soldering Assemblers for full-time positions in Fort Walton Beach, FL. Join a reputable aerospace and electronics manufacturing company, where your hands-on skills and attention to detail will support high-quality assembly and production processes. This role offers opportunities for overtime, skill development, and competitive pay. Job Responsibilities Prepare components for assembly by cleaning, marking, and inspecting parts and subassemblies Perform testing on finished assemblies to ensure quality standards Operate assigned equipment and machinery efficiently Identify and report production issues promptly Maintain a clean and safe work environment following safety protocols Participate in team improvement meetings and cross-train on multiple product lines Be flexible with overtime as needed for production demands Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent 2-5 years of assembly experience within a manufacturing environment Fine soldering certification or equivalent hands-on experience Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and manufacturing standards Ability to read and interpret production and engineering prints, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail Ability to work in a moderate to high-paced production setting Experience with soldering equipment, microscopes or magnifying tools, and basic computer systems Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs Willing to work in environments requiring PPE, including exposure to noise, dust, fumes, and temperature variations Compensation and Benefits Pay ranges from $20•24 depending on experience , plus a 10% shift differential for second shift 1st
