JOB DESCRIPTION A

client in the defense industry is looking for someone to join their team as an Assembler! This person will be responsible for reading and understanding drawings and schematics. They will be responsible for material handling, inspections and assembly under a microscope working with small, fragile parts to build intensifier tube components. They will process the components through various assigned assembly operations, handling fragile electronic components.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Assembler B:

HS Diploma & 4 years of experience

OR A.A. & 0-2

years of experience

Assembler C:

HS Diploma & 6 years of experience

OR A.A. & 2

years of experience

Assembler D:

HS Diploma & 8 years of experience

OR A.A. & 4

years of experience

• Experience with electro-mechanical assembly
• Experience reading and understand drawings and schematics
• Experience working under a microscope and with small tools Able to use computers and MS Word and office proficiently

Compensation:

$20/hr to $23/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
