Job Description

Young Boats is seeking an entry-level bilge rigger & assembly technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be someone who is detail oriented and comfortable with basic hand tools and cordless drills. Experience is preferred, but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
Bilge rigging: pumps, thru-hulls, float switches, etc. Trim tab, transducer, and other hull-mounted component installation Staging & installing trolling motors & electronics Installation of Power Poles, jack plates, and motor brackets Installation of deck caps onto hull Further training and development of the installation and rigging of other systems as you learn and develop your skills
