Assembler Job Overview:

Production Helper / Assembler (Mechanical or Electrical) Jacksonville, FL (northside) $17

• 19/hr (based on shift/experience) Shift options: 6:00AM-2:30PM (M-F)
• overtime available 3:00PM-11:30PM (M-F)
• overtime available Manufacturing environment (non-climate controlled).

Manufacture and assemble industrial power systems. Wire electrical components according to schematics and engineering drawings. Utilize hand and power tools such as power drills, wire crimpers, wire strippers, screwdrivers, hammers, and tape measure. Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, process sheets, and schematic drawings. Stand for the entire shift and work on ladders to assemble units up to 8 feet in height.

Qualifications:

Ability to work in non-climate controlled environments is required. Ability to read a tape measure is required. Proficient in using hand and power tools. Wiring or mechanical skills are a plus. Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints and schematics is a plus. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in manufacturing is a plus. Backgrounds in construction, handyman work, HVAC, automotive, and other industries are beneficial. Why Work Here?
