Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience requiring fine manual dexterity Minimum 2 years of electro-mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment Minimum 1 year of experience with bonding/undercoating

Responsibilities:

Assemble electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) following detailed procedures and visual instructions Inspect materials and completed work to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with standards Prepare and pre-form component leads according to IPC standards and assembly requirements Identify and report defective components while maintaining accurate work-in-process within your work cell Support production flow through board washing, packing, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace
