Full Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage Job Overview We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Aviation Assemblers to join a growing aerospace manufacturing team in Sarasota, Florida. In this role, you will assemble, inspect, and test aircraft components while adhering to strict quality and safety standards. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, have strong attention to detail, and are interested in building a career within the aviation industry. Responsibilities Assemble aircraft components and subassemblies according to work instructions, blueprints, and engineering specifications Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment to complete assembly tasks Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements Follow manufacturing processes, safety procedures, and quality guidelines Document production activities and maintain accurate records Identify and report defects, material shortages, or process issues Maintain a clean and organized work area Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals Qualifications High school diploma or GED Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or aerospace experience is a plus Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions and technical documents Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Ability to lift up to 35 pounds as needed Benefits & Perks Starting pay of $18-$20 per hour Pay increase upon successful completion of the 90-day training period Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Four-day workweek with three-day weekends Optional overtime opportunities on Fridays Career growth opportunities within the aerospace industry Stable, long-term employment with a leading aviation manufacturer Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Naples, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
