    • Looking for a hands-on role with growth potential? Join a manufacturing team building marine air conditioning components in a clean, air-conditioned facility. Training is available for mechanically inclined candidates who are eager to learn.
    • Responsibilities
    • + Assemble components using hand and pneumatic tools + Read basic blueprints and electrical schematics + Route and connect wiring according to instructions + Follow production schedules and quality standards + Maintain a clean and safe work area + Cross-train in different assembly processes
    • Qualifications
    • + 1+ year of mechanical assembly experience + 1+ year of experience using hand tools + Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment + Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
    • Preferred
    • + Manufacturing or assembly line experience + HVAC, wiring, soldering, or brazing experience + EPA certification a plus, but not required

    • Pay and Benefits
    • The pay range for this position is $18.
    58 - $18.58/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
