Hiring:

Assembly Technician Are you detail-oriented, dependable, and ready to build a career in manufacturing? We're looking for an Assembly Technician to join our team! No previous electronics assembly experience is required—we provide training for motivated individuals who are eager to learn. Monday Thru Friday from 6:30am until 3:30pm + Overtime Permanent position Background check + Drug test are required payrate: $18.58/hr

What You'll Do:

Perform repetitive workstation and line assembly operations to produce high-quality components and finished units Use hand tools, including crimpers, and measuring tools Pull and neatly position electrical wire according to detailed specifications Follow written and verbal work instructions with precision Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Inspect materials and report any defects or concerns to your supervisor Complete production tasks on schedule while meeting quality standards Participate in cross-training to develop additional skills Follow all safety regulations and ISO requirements

Physical Requirements:

Work while standing for extended periods in an air-conditioned manufacturing environment Frequently lift up to 10 pounds Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required Electronics or assembly experience is a plus, but not required Manufacturing experience is a plus
