POSITION SUMMARY

• To assemble finished product using sub-assemblies, parts, and fasteners according to customer specification, drawings, and company policies.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Use hands and power tools.
• Set up and operate machines such as drill press, grinders, riveters.
• Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts, and sub-assemblies, per customer specifications / blueprints.
• Checks assembled products, comparing each to customer requirements, blueprints and BOM and Router instructions.
• Resolves assembly problems and reports to Supervisor for assistance.
• Maintains a clean and safe working environment in line with company policies.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent degree in a related area.
• Reliability and dependability to be on the job.
• 3-5 years of experience in the field or in related areas.
• Experience in intricate hand assembly.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. of product
• Requires the wearing of personal protective equipment.

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
