Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Hand Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team. This full-time position involves manually assembling components and products in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will have the ability to read 3D assembly drawings, a commitment to quality, and the ability to follow established procedures with precision.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform manual assembly of parts and components according to work instructions and specifications Conduct routine quality checks to ensure accuracy and product integrity Use hand tools and basic equipment safely and effectively Maintain accurate production records and follow standard operating procedures Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines Adhere to safety, quality, and cleanliness standards.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or a related environment preferred Ability to use hand tools and perform repetitive tasks with consistency Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Pay:
$16.00 to $20.00 hourly / based on experience
