About Us Dulles Glass Florida Industries is a well-established, mid-size, high-end glass and mirror fabricator. We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our fabrication family in Clearwater. Whether you are experienced in manufacturing or looking for a new career path, we provide full, in-house paid training! Overview In this role, you will be assigned to various positions within our fabrication process based on production needs. If you are flexible, eager to learn, and looking for a role with ample opportunities for growth, we want to hear from you.
What You Will Do Production & Quality Control:
Follow daily production schedules to safely manufacture high-quality glass products. Accurately sort and stage glass, and carefully inspect finished products for errors or defects before moving them to completion racks.
Machine Operation:
Oversee fabrication machinery during operation, ensuring tasks are executed correctly. Make necessary adjustments to improve results and report any machine abnormalities to your supervisor.
Maintenance & Upkeep:
Perform daily machine checks, assist with general light maintenance, and help repair machinery as needed to ensure proper functionality.
Safety & Organization:
Maintain strict safety procedures at all times. Keep your work environment clean and hazard-free, which includes safely disposing of damaged glass and keeping floors, walkways, and surfaces clear.
Team Collaboration:
Jump in to help team members across different work areas as production demands change.
Skills and Qualifications Physical Ability:
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted, and up to 150 lbs assisted.
Work Style:
A strong team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-demand environment and pays close attention to detail.
Experience:
Prior experience in the glass or manufacturing industry is a plus, but not required . Bilingual (Spanish speaking) is a great plus, though not required. Benefits Health, Dental, and Life insurance 401(k) with company matching Paid time off (PTO)
