Job Description

Overview We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding and fabrication, with the ability to read blueprints and work effectively in a shop environment. This role involves assembling and fabricating components using various welding techniques and power tools, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the production process. We require our welders to put out the highest quality product. Must have 2-3 years Tig welding experience on aluminum and stainless. Must have 2-3 fabrication experience. If you can not TIG weld aluminum and stainless please do not apply. Responsibilities Interpret and analyze blueprints and technical drawings to determine project specifications. Utilize Tig and Mig welding techniques to fabricate metal components. Assemble fabricated parts according to specifications and ensure structural integrity. Operate power tools and equipment safely and effectively, including micrometers for precise measurements. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while adhering to safety protocols. Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure compliance with industry standards. Experience Proven experience in fabrication and welding. Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical documents related to fabrication projects. Experience using power tools, plasma cutting equipment, and measuring instruments such as micrometers. Strong basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations in fabrication tasks. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
