• Position Summary:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented
• Assembly Operator
• to support the production of electrical components used in critical power systems. This role focuses on
• small-part assembly
• , including circuit breakers, switches, relays, and related components. The ideal candidate has strong manual dexterity, follows precise instructions, and takes pride in producing high-quality work.

• Key Responsibilities:

• + Assemble small electrical components such as
• circuit breakers, switches, relays, and sub-assemblies
• + Perform
• wiring, soldering, and mechanical assembly
• per work instructions and engineering drawings + Build and prepare products for
• testing and final integration
• into larger generator systems + Use
• hand tools, power tools, and basic testing equipment
• safely and effectively + Follow detailed
• assembly procedures, schematics, and blueprints
• + Inspect parts and completed assemblies to ensure
• quality standards are met
• + Maintain a clean and organized workstation in accordance with
• safety and 5S standards
• + Collaborate with technicians and engineers to support production flow

• Qualifications:

• + High school diploma or equivalent required + Previous experience in
• assembly, manufacturing, or electronics
• preferred + Ability to
• read and interpret work instructions, wiring diagrams, and blueprints
• + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality + Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills for
• small-part assembly
• + Ability to work in a

• Preferred Skills:

• Physical Requirements:

• + Ability to sit or stand for extended periods + Ability to handle small components and perform repetitive tasks + Occasionally lift up to (25-40 lbs, adjust as needed)

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $17.75
• $17.75/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
