National Pump Company is looking for Assemblers to join our manufacturing team. You'll work hands-on assembling quality pump products used in water and industrial applications around the world. Competitive pay Comprehensive benefits 401(k) with company match Paid vacation and holidays Tuition reimbursement Training and opportunities for advancement Stable employment with an established manufacturing company And more What You'll Do As an Assembler, you'll work as part of our production team to: Assemble pump components and equipment using hand and power tools Follow work instructions, production orders, drawings, and specifications Inspect parts and completed assemblies for quality Use measuring devices and assembly equipment Move and stage materials needed for production Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe Work with your team to meet daily production goals Assist with packaging and material handling as needed Operate forklifts, hoists, cranes, or other equipment when trained and authorized What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED preferred Manufacturing, assembly, production, or mechanical experience is a plus Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Ability to safely use hand and power tools Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Dependable attendance and a strong commitment to safety and quality Ability to work effectively as part of a team Blueprint or measuring-tool experience is a plus Physical Requirements This is an active manufacturing position. Employees must be able to stand and walk for extended periods; bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and use their hands throughout the workday; and lift, push, pull, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds , with or without reasonable accommodation.
