$16.00 per hour
Shift:
1st Shift - Monday to Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30
PM Overtime:
May be required on Fridays based on business needs Job Overview We are currently seeking Manufacturing Assemblers / Production Technicians to join our team in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment. In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for assembling components used in refrigeration units while following safety and quality standards. Production Technicians perform equipment setup, operation, adjustments, and minor preventative maintenance tasks to ensure efficient and safe production. Team members will also run tests on assemblies and equipment to ensure safety and productivity before items are released to production.
Note:
This role requires the use of various hand tools during the assembly process. Key Responsibilities Perform assembly and inspection processes on refrigeration unit components Complete work within established cycle times Use hand tools such as battery-operated tools, torque tools, tie wrap cutters, nut drivers, and DC electric tools Assemble hardware using clamps, clips, brackets, and other components Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Maintain shop supplies, floor stock, and tools used in production processes Support quality standards within the department Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency Perform other duties as assigned Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and move throughout the work area Ability to lift items up to 35 pounds regularly Qualifications Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Ability to safely use hand tools and basic assembly equipment Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Reliable attendance and commitment to safety #
