This is a hands-on technical position for someone who enjoys working with tools, solving problems, and building high-quality products in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has fabrication experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. You'll work with a team of experienced professionals to fabricate, assemble, and troubleshoot components used in industrial equipment while contributing to a culture focused on quality, safety, and continuous improvement. Fabricate, fit, modify, and assemble metal components and assemblies. Operate fabrication equipment such as saws, drills, grinders, and other shop machinery. Perform welding and other fabrication processes as required. Troubleshoot manufacturing, fabrication, and assembly issues. Inspect parts and assemblies to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain accurate measurements and dimensional tolerances. Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized work area. Collaborate with supervisors and team members to improve efficiency and product quality. What We're Looking For Previous fabrication experience required. Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Experience using common fabrication equipment and measuring tools. Welding experience is preferred but not the primary focus of the role. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
