What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or GED required 0-2 years of manufacturing, production, or assembly experience Ability to read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and specifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to use measuring tools, gauges, calipers, and inspection equipment Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to lift 50+ pounds Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment What You'll Do as an
Automotive Assembler:
Assemble component parts into completed units according to blueprint specifications and design tolerances Meet production, quality, safety, and housekeeping standards Perform minor equipment adjustments, repairs, or machine setups under supervision Inspect parts and completed assemblies using visual inspections, gauges, tape measures, calipers, check fixtures, and other measuring equipment Complete a variety of assembly and production tasks with minimal supervision Ensure tools are properly stored and organized at the end of each shift Maintain a clean and organized workstation Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards Perform other duties as assigned MAU Workforce Solutions is an innovative global company with extensive experience providing solutions for success in staffing, recruiting, technology and outsourcing to our clients, employees, and applicants.
