As a Second Shift Assembler, you will inspect, assemble, and pack products while maintaining quality standards and production efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What We Offer:
$18 per hour Health benefits, including telehealth medical services 2nd shift schedule, Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM Great work environment
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or GED 1+ years of packaging or warehouse experience preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent attention to detail Basic math and reading skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift Ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds What You'll Do as a
Second Shift Assembler:
Inspect and pack products according to quality and packaging specifications Maintain production line operations and ensure proper pack-out procedures Follow Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures accurately Perform visual inspections to ensure products meet customer quality standards Meet or exceed production goals and throughput targets Verify customer labels and packing requirements for accuracy Operate production equipment safely within assigned departments Maintain cleanliness of production areas through sweeping, mopping, and trash removal Keep workstations and equipment organized and orderly Assist other team members as directed by line technicians MAU Workforce Solutions is an innovative global company with extensive experience providing solutions for success in staffing, recruiting, technology and outsourcing to our clients, employees, and applicants.
