Position Summary The Racking Operator is responsible for safely handling, packaging, and racking anodized metal parts while maintaining quality and preventing damage. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Package and rack anodized metal parts according to company procedures Safely load and unload rack fixtures without causing damage to parts Handle parts carefully to maintain product quality Lift and move heavy parts as required Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and required training Work effectively with team members and other departments Flex into other departments as needed to support production Work efficiently in a fast-paced, self-directed environment Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications & Requirements Regular and dependable attendance and punctuality are required Ability to stand for extended periods, including an 8-hour shift Ability to bend, reach, lift, and move heavy parts up to 50 lbs. Ability to safely load and unload rack fixtures without damaging parts Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to follow safety expectations and training Ability to work well with others as part of a team Willingness to assist other departments as needed Must maintain a clean and organized work environment
