Job Description

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Truss Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling roof trusses and related components, ensuring they meet quality standards and specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in frame carpentry, proficiency with tape measures, and basic math skills. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the construction industry by producing high-quality structural components in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Assemble roof trusses and related framing components according to provided blueprints and specifications Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during assembly processes Measure and verify dimensions accurately using tape measures and other measuring devices Interpret basic drawings, plans, and measurements to ensure precise assembly Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards Follow all safety protocols and company policies during daily operations Qualifications Experience or background in frame carpentry is preferred Proficiency with tape measures is required for accurate measurements Basic math skills necessary for measurements, calculations, and adjustments during assembly Ability to read and interpret simple drawings or plans is advantageous Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment Physical ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform manual tasks throughout the shift Join our team as a Truss Assembler if you are dedicated to craftsmanship, safety, and producing high-quality structural components. Pay:
$12.50 - $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 45.0 per week
