This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and understands that quality, freshness, and presentation are our highest priorities. Every box should look as though it was packed for your own family. We are looking for someone who genuinely cares about selecting the best produce and creating an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities Previous produce, grocery, farmers market, or food service experience is preferred. Exceptional attention to detail. Ability to recognize fresh, high-quality produce. Takes pride in neatness and presentation. Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated. Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision. Comfortable standing or sitting for extended periods and handling produce throughout the shift in a cooler. We aren't just packing produce—we're creating an experience for our customers.
