Job Description

1. Ensure on all aspects of aircraft maintenance to include planning, execution, quality control, launch and recovery, and direct support to USAF pilots and other personnel are within contract guidelines, company policies, and ground operating procedures. 2. Ensure final inspections are properly performed on all work completed prior to aircraft being released for Return to Service (RTS) and return aircraft to service in a timely manner. 3. Ensure compliance of FAA and Government Ground Operating Procedures. 4. Determine requirements to conduct post maintenance check flights/functional check flights & provide inspection criteria interpretation to maintenance staff. 5. Conduct Weight & Balance (W&B) on all assigned aircraft to include completion of all appropriate W&B documentation. 6. Maintain logbook, CAMP, and Corridor log entries, and other quality records. 7. Develop and implement procedures for preliminary inspections, hidden damage inspections, inspection continuity, and final inspections of all maintenance activities to ensure compliance with applicable procedures. 8. Responsible for accurate and timely execution of all required inspection records, reports and forms. 9. Perform quality checks on incoming materials to determine airworthiness prior to being approved for installation. Once employed for the role - You must be willing, able, and pass a deployment medical physical to meet short-notice worldwide travel needs to meet customer requirements. FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certification. High School diploma or equivalent AND a minimum of 5 years of Military/commercial large aircraft maintenance experience. A minimum of 2 years of Quality Control Aircraft Inspection experience. Knowledge of FAA airworthiness requirements. US Citizenship. A current DOD Secret security clearance. Possess or be able to quickly obtain a US passport. Able and willing to travel as required by the program to include international travel. Able and willing to work any shift. Able to obtain and maintain a corporate travel card. Ability to comply with US Gov't/Department of Defense medical and deployment requirements. A current US Passport. Bombardier BD-700 commercial derivative aircraft (CDA) and or Global XRS and Global 6000, USAF E-11A aircraft experience. Rolls-Royce BR-710 experience. 3 or more years Quality Control Inspector experience. Experience with operations under
AS9100 / 9110
certification. 6 or more years transport category aircraft experience. Special Mission aircraft experience. DoD Maintenance program experience.
