What You Will Do

Perform Quality Control inspections on aircraft and components

Inspect aircraft, engines, and component repairs/alterations for conformity to FAA-approved data

Ensure all work meets FAA, CAA, and customer Part 135 requirements

Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and inspection activities during maintenance and outfitting

Maintain accurate, clear, and complete maintenance and inspection records

Audit maintenance documentation prior to return to service

Verify airworthiness of aircraft/components before flight release

Collaborate with RTS to ensure timely and accurate aircraft records

Mentor technicians on effective documentation practices

Provide technical guidance supporting FAA/CAA compliance

Communicate with leadership regarding work scope and delivery schedules

What You Will Bring

High School Diploma or GED required

8 years of aviation maintenance experience (avionics, electrical, and/or mechanical)

Including 2 years Gulfstream aircraft experience

Including 2 years aircraft inspection experience

FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license required

Strong knowledge of inspection and maintenance procedures across aircraft systems

Proficiency interpreting blueprints, technical data, and QC procedures

Working knowledge of Quality Assurance/Quality Control systems

Strong computer skills

Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

Physical ability to:

Lift up to 50 lbs

Work from heights (ladders, stands, lifts)

Work in confined spaces as needed

Additional Skills

Experience supporting large cabin Gulfstream aircraft required

Familiarity with FAA regulations and multiple foreign certifications

FlightSafety training on applicable aircraft models is highly desirable
