Job Description

Overview:

Ster North America is looking for an experienced Upholstery Stapler to support our manufacturing of seating solutions for buses. This role involves stapling upholstery materials securely to frames, cutting materials, and performing quality inspections to ensure a high standard of craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble components and parts according to specifications and blueprints. Operate stapling tools to affix upholstery materials as per design specifications. Cut fabrics and other materials accurately using power or hand tools. Inspect finished work for quality and durability. Assist with creating custom features like drain holes or tailored components. Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to safety protocols.

Qualifications:

Experience with stapling, upholstery, or related manufacturing tasks preferred. Proficient with hand and power tools used in upholstery. Attention to detail and quality control skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills.

Job Type:
